Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting property searches and investigations
  • Managing Stamp Duty Land Tax returns and preparing Land Registry applications
  • Opening and closing case files, and providing administrative support
  • Maintaining consistent and professional communication with clients and third parties

What We’re Looking For:

  • A background as a Paralegal, or experience in the legal field with a strong interest in transitioning to Residential Property
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines
  • A passion for law and a proactive approach to learning and development
