Job: Digicon Operator - PrintingLocation: CroydonWorking hours: Week 1: 6-2 / Week 2: 2-10Salary: £(phone number removed) d.o.e - overtime time and three quartersJob SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Digicon Operator to join our busy label finishing department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and machine aptitude, and work methodically with a process driven mindset. The Operator will play a crucial part in maintaining production quality and working efficiently to optimum performance levels.Duties * Operation of our Digicon label press - die cutting and varnishing to a high specification. * Ensuring performance output meets our demanding work schedules * Ensuring the quality of labels are finished to the required high standards and expectations of our customers * Working efficiently with a strong attitude towards continual improvement * Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify any maintenance needs or malfunctions. * Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and enhance efficiency. * Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.Experience * Proven experience in Digicon label production preferred. * Strong mechanical knowledge and a methodical approach to troubleshooting quality issues effectively. * Proficient in handling various machinery safely and effectively. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to complete tasks independently.If you are passionate about manufacturing and possess the skills outlined above, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Digicon Operator
