Operations ManagerRetrofit DeliveryTemporary- Immediate start contract- Opportunity for temporary to permanent£80k+ package Are you an experienced Operations Manager looking for your next challenge? Were looking for a strong leader who can drive performance, support their team, and ensure the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of retrofit programmes. What youll be doingIn this role, youll take the lead on the operational delivery of our client's retrofit projects, making sure everything runs safely, smoothly and to the highest standards. Youll manage and motivate a team of Contract Managers and Site Managers, providing clear direction and support to help them perform at their best. Youll work closely with local authorities, housing associations and internal stakeholders, ensuring full compliance across PAS2030/2035, building regulations, health & safety and environmental requirements. Regular site audits, strong reporting and a sharp eye on KPIs will be key to driving continuous improvement. Financial performance will also sit within this remit; forecasting, budgeting and working alongside the Finance team to make sure the business area is meeting targets and delivering value for money. Collaboration is central to this role. Youll work with senior management to shape strategy and drive productivity, and youll build strong links with stakeholders. What were looking forWere seeking someone who brings both technical understanding and strong people skills. Youll need: A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in construction, energy, building services or project management.Experience operating at Senior Operations Manager level (or similar) within construction, ideally with retrofit delivery experience.A background in managing multiple large-scale retrofit or construction contracts.Strong financial awarenessbudgeting, reporting and delivering value for money.Confident leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, challenge and support your team.Solid knowledge of building regulations, PAS 2030/2035, TrustMark, MCS and British Standards.Great communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Who you areYoure proactive, solutions-focused and able to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of quality or safety.
