We are working with an international Freight and Logistics provider, who are currently seeking an experienced European Road Freight Operator to join their team based in Bradford.

 Requirements for the position of European Road Freight Operator:

 Experience within a freight forwarding environment essential

 Comprehensive knowledge of customs procedures and principles

 Experience with Sequoia software advantageous

 General duties for the position of European Road Freight Operator:

 Liaising with customers and overseas agents

 Load planning and liaising with hauliers

 Raising export documentation to enable trailers to transit UK Ports and Europe

 Customer service

To be the successful European Road Freight Operator, you will need to have experience working within a European Logistics or Customs position for at least 2 years.

We are keen to hear from candidates who have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CDS and ASM Sequoia.

 Employment basis:

 Full time / permanent 

 Hours: 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday 

 Salary: Circa £35,000; depending on experience
