Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Design and Execution: Develop and execute detailed test cases and scripts to validate system functionality, performance, and security.
  • Automation Implementation: Design and implement automated testing solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Bug Identification: Identify, log, and track software defects, ensuring they are resolved promptly in collaboration with the development team.
  • System Validation: Perform thorough end-to-end testing of cybersecurity solutions to ensure compliance with business requirements and industry standards.
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive test plans, reports, and documentation to support development and deployment activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure seamless testing processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements to enhance the quality of testing processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in software or system testing, with a focus on cybersecurity solutions preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in testing tools like Selenium, JIRA, and Postman. Familiarity with coding languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is an advantage.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies.
  • Analytical Thinking: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
