Are you looking for a new challenge within a global, well-respected business?Working with an exceptional, family-orientated manufacturer, they are in search for a Production Engineer to join their team in Buckinghamshire. Due to growth, this role is an addition to the current team and will provide opportunities for long term development and progression.You will support an allocation of existing assembly lines in achieving the current and forecast output volumes.Responsibilities: * Maintain existing CAD layout files, and where changes are proposed develop and present next step layout CAD drawing and final layout CAD drawing. * Perform & sustain required risk assessment/health and safety requirements for each operation/stage, through each process flow step/task and work instruction defined, to provide safe processes for each allocated value stream step/task * Define & sustain required lean balanced (time/people and plant/equipment stages of capacity) operations through each process flow for each allocated value stream, to achieve current and forecast output requirements. * Audit/review process adherence and process improvement for existing & new process operationsRequirements: * Proven skills, knowledge, experience, and expertise in developing and supporting new and existing production lines and plant equipment. * Engineering/Manufacturing Experience * Excellent communication skillsBenefits: * Annual bonus * 25 days holiday (increases with service, up to 30 days), plus bank holidays * Staff discounts * Cycle to Work Scheme * Discounted gym memberships * Free on-site parking * Subsidised refreshments * Free family events * Health cover scheme * 5% contributory pension * Life insurance scheme * On-site canteen * On-site changing rooms and showers
