Overview

Corgan is actively recruiting an experienced, registered Senior Architect & Project Manager to join the firm in our London office location as part of our Data Center market sector. The firm is currently working on innovative and challenging projects throughout the UK and overseas. Our firm offers unique opportunities for both personal and professional growth by offering a wide-range of project responsibilities and team leadership roles.


Responsibilities

The candidate will be a dynamic individual who is team-oriented & highly-motivated to work with leadership to ensure client satisfaction and the ability to function in a team lead capacity, while working on multiple, challenging projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project
  • Prepare and coordinate all project deliverables
  • Manage contract administration responsibilities
  • Coordinate with a variety of consultants
  • Provide leadership & mentorship to team members
  • Manage client relations


Qualifications

Qualified candidates should exhibit strong and effective organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to present confidently. Must have high attention to detail and strong analytical skills. The ability to juggle multiple priorities is essential.

Candidates should also exhibit strong project management skills and be able to collaborate on a diverse project team. Individual must have strengths in conceptual design, technical excellence, and should exhibit strong marketing and client relations experience and capabilities. Candidates should be efficient with coordinating project deliverables and client expectations. Experience preparing all stages of design documentation, performing construction administration, and consultant coordination are required.

Current UK architectural registration

RIBA accredited degree in Architecture

Experience as a Project Lead

Revit proficiency

Experienced in Data Center Projects in the UK & Europe
