Job Title: Referral and Assessment Social WorkerLocation: SwindonPay Rate: 50000 per annum relocation allowance up to 8000Job Description:Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Childrens Social Worker to join its clients Referral and Assessment team based in Swindon.What will your responsibilities beIn this role you will:Conduct statutory assessments and child protection investigations.Develop and implement Child in Need or Child Protection Plans.Support children and families through community services and the Family Intervention and Support Service.Work within the Family Safeguarding Model to help children remain safely within their families.Participate in a duty rota every 5 weeks as part of a POD structure.Benefits:Relocation allowance of up to 8000 (eligibility criteria applies)Monthly reflective supervision.Access to training and development via the Social Work & Leadership Academy.Manageable caseloads and mentoring support.Free car parking and excellent commuter links.Inclusive work environment with flexible work-life balance.Opportunity to contribute to Swindons transformation and regeneration plans.Qualifications & Experience:To be successful in this role you must haveSocial Work England registrationEligible to work in the UKHold a full UK driving licencePost-qualified experienceDegree level or equivalent in Social WorkAdditional Requirements:Proven ability to work in partnership with children families and professionals.Strong strengths-based and child-centred approach.Effective assessment planning and direct work skills.Fluent in English (Part 7 of the Immigration Act requirement)Reasonable Adjustments:If you consider yourself to have a disability or require any reasonable adjustment during the recruitment process or within the workplace please highlight this at the earliest opportunity by contacting our team.
