Solutions Design Manager - Intralogistics/Warehouse Automation

Salary: 60-75k base + benefits and bonuses.


We are currently working closely with a key OEM in the Intralogistics industry. The business is searching for a Solutions Design Manager to oversee a small, focused team dedicated to implementing intralogistics and automation solutions for new customers. This role demands strategic thinking, exceptional communication, and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to drive projects from conception to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction whilst enabling the Engineering and Delivery teams to faithfully achieve the promised designs.


Responsibilities:

  • Foster a high-performing Solutions Design team focused on achieving project milestones and exceeding client expectations.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, managing resources and timelines.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to design and optimise operational systems.
  • Analyse complex data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Serve as a technical expert, providing guidance and support to team members and clients.
