NEW VACANCY (SC3482)LARGE FORMAT PRINTER & FINISHER KENTUp to £32K (Depending on Experience) + OvertimeOur client is a large format Digital Print company based in Kent. They are currently looking for a Large Format Printer / Finisher to join their team. Reporting to the Production Manager you will be a flexible and pro-active member of the production team including both graphic production and other areas of manufacturing. Your workload will be varied and will require a high level of quality and accuracy in everything you do.Working in a close-knit team which is required to react to client and business demands an agile and positive attitude and approach to your duties, can-do, doing whatever it takes, and a resourceful ethic are a must, as is supporting colleagues in other areas if required to do so to get the job done and meet the client need and deadline.Responsibilities:Day to day running of large format printers including sending files from the studio to print (Roll to Roll and Flatbed printers)Operating Zund CAD Cutting tableWorking with vinyls - laying up, weeding and application of vinylsQuality checking of finished products, in-house or produced by third partiesPutting Graphics stock away and carry their periodic stock checks, advise when stock is lowDesignated Key HolderMinimum Requirements:Experience within the large format print industry in a production capacityExperience running large format printers - ideally HP LatexExperience of running CAD cutting tables - Zund, Kongsberg. Summa, Mimaki cuttersBe in a commutable distance to Dartford and surrounding areas of KentIdeally hold a full, clean UK drivers licence
