Skills Required:-


We are seeking a highly skilled “Solution Architect – Hospitality/Retail Systems” – focusing on e2e Solution Architecting for a Large Programme initiative to integrate POS system (Simphony) with Finance, HR (Ceredian DayForce), Inventory Mgmt and PMS – Opera System. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in solution architecture, integration design, and a deep understanding of the hospitality/retail industry.


  • 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry
  • Experience in inventory mgmt, solutions and integrating them with Simphony
  • Proven experience with POS implementation and deployment in multi-property environments
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in Simphony /POS architecture and related technologies
  • Strong knowledge of API integrations, and E2E data flow design
  • Familiarity with building scalable system design
  • Experience in building Solution document, Integration design documents and taking to Architecture board for review
  • Understanding of hospitality industry standards and compliance requirements
