Care Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our friendly team in Northwich United Kingdom. As a Care Professional you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing personalised care and support in their homes and within the local community.Shift patterns will consist of Morning shifts 08:00am-14:00pm and Late shifts 15:30pm-21:30pm.Assist clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene dressing and mobilityPrepare nutritious meals and help with feeding when necessaryProvide companionship and emotional support to clientsAccompany clients to medical appointments and social activities within Northwich and surrounding areasAdminister medication as prescribed and monitor clients health conditionsMaintain a clean and safe living environment for clientsCollaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive careKeep accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients conditionsEngage clients in stimulating activities and conversations to promote mental well-beingRespond promptly and appropriately to emergencies or unexpected situationsWork flexibly across various shift patterns including mornings evenings and weekendsRequirement to work alternative weekendsQualifications : Genuine passion for caring for others and making a positive impact on their livesExcellent reliability professionalism and organisational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and supportive demeanourEmpathetic and patient nature with the ability to build trusting relationshipsPhysical stamina to assist clients with mobility and daily tasksFlexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekendsFull UK driving licence and access to own vehicle for travel within NorthwichBasic first aid knowledge (preferred but not required as training will be provided)Previous experience in caregiving or related field is beneficial but not essentialAbility to work independently and as part of a supportive teamCommitment to maintaining client confidentiality and dignity at all timesWillingness to learn and adapt to clients individual needs and preferencesDBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check clearanceAbility to follow care plans and maintain accurate recordsKnowledge of health and safety regulations in care settingsAdditional Information : At Home Instead Northwich we can offer the following benefits:Competitive pay of 13.75- 14.75 per hour with double time on bank holidaysFully funded DBS and pre-employment checksVariety of shift patterns availableAll calls are a minimum 1 hour where we match you with clients for continuityPaid Training full onboarding programme where we provide award winning trainingEnhanced company pension schemeEmployee referral bonus programme - 250 per referralPaid mileage up to 45 pence per mileSupportive working environmentExclusive high street discounts schemeEligible for a blue light cardIf youre looking for work which is extremely rewarding and satisfactory and have a high-degree of flexibility to meet our clients needs we would love to hear from you.
