Our Oil & Gas consultancy client is seeking an experienced QA Administrator to provide support to their Aberdeen offices.


Ideally you will be:

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint) and Adobe Acrobat

• Possesses strong organisational and communication skills (written and verbal)

• Able to prioritise tasks and work on multiple projects

• Meticulous attention to detail

• Effective problem-solving skills

• Experience with Miro and Power Bi is beneficial but not mandatory

• Curious and keen to learn

• Self-starter and able to work on own initiative


Main accountabilities:

• Administration and maintenance of the Company Business Process Management System (BPMS) including the coordinating the review and approval of BMS documentation and process maps. Uploading documents into the BMS and maintaining native files and records of review.

• Developing draft procedures from existing documentation. Proofreading procedures, checking for procedural cross-functional impact and coordinating the resolution of any conflicts.

• Administration of the QHSE Intranet Site.

• Verifying format, logos and document classification/properties on all documents in the BPMS.

• Collect and input data into QHSE databases to and generate monthly QHSE KPI reports to provide timely updates to management.

• Collaborates with other departments on special projects related to company documentation.

• Coordination of departmental activities.

• Any other duties related to Quality as required.
