Locum Bank WorkersWe are looking to recruit Locum Support Workers at St Martins, to provide flexible cover across our Services:Somewhere Safe to Stay HubOur Hub that provides a safe place to stay for a person who is already sleeping rough, has a history of rough sleeping or at imminent risk of rough sleeping.Bishopbridge HouseOur 30-bed direct access hostel. The hostel aims to provide an effective life skills and resettlement service for single homeless people.Dibden RoadOur 23 bed hostel. The hostel aims to support men at risk of social exclusion who are aged 18 and above to establish their housing pathway into independent living.St Martins House- is a 23-bed hostel which will provide second stage accommodation for people who want to take the next step towards independent living.Webster Courtis a two-storey block design consisting of 33 apartments, providing housing and care for people aged over 50- many of whom are physically frail and have mental health issues such as dementia and experienced homelessness at some point in their lives.Highwater Housea 22 bed residential care home, providing care and support for adults with mental health and substance misuse issues. The focus is on delivering Trauma Informed Care (TIC) in a Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE).Community Housingto work at the community housing service, providing 11 support to individuals accommodated there, in accordance with their support and action plan in order to promote independent living and move on.Pathways Outreachour outreach service that determines whether or not someone is appropriately accommodated and if not, develop a support pathway plan that firstly addresses their immediate future.Pathways Projectssupporting clients in properties in the community which aims to provide effective life skills.You can make a difference working with St Martins We are looking for team members who bring passion, drive and tenacity every day to make a difference; building on an inclusive and diverse team that is representative of the people and communities we serve.St Martins wouldnt be St Martins if it wasnt for our highly skilled and dedicated team, committed to our mission and values.
