So, with the right passion, it all starts with you.Become a Cash Control ManagerAs our Cash Control Manager, you will confidently lead the daily reconciliation of all store payment transactions, ensuring The Works is protected against cash fraud at the store level. You'll ensure reconciliation processes are fit for purpose, identifying any store issues immediately when differences arise. Reporting and escalating issues in line with agreed business processes, you'll ensure the team actively engages with stores, ASMs, or Profit Protection to resolve issues. You will oversee all business bank accounts, reconciling them daily, manage the B2B sales ledger to minimise outstanding debit, handle web sales reconciliation, and manage employee expenses and credit cards. Leading a team of five, you'll motivate and develop them, ensuring expertise is spread across the team and everyone can fulfil their potential at The Works.
