About The RoleBalfour Beatty are looking for a Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) Administrator to join our UK Construction Services - Scotland Team, at the Netherton Hub project in Peterhead.The HSW Administrator will take ownership of the collation, maintenance and reporting of data in relation to HSW and provide timely and accurate administrative support to theHSW team on the project.What you'll be doingResponsibilities Will IncludeSupporting/producing collateral and reports for use across the HS&E teams and UK projects/offices.Monthly and weekly data reporting.Ownership of Project HSW Governance.Building and developing relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders. Ensure incident reports, learning, and good practice are effectively communicated across the business.Record all Near Miss Cards received and track close out actions. Regular communication and promoting engagement with key stakeholders. Assist in the identification of site HS&E training needs, including the collation of training records and the reporting of performance.Assist in the planning and execution of events.Produce slide packs for executive Senior Leadership Team (SLT) meetings.
