Its an exciting time to be with us.Youll help us make health happen by:Day-to-day responsibility for running a unitResponsible for issuing medication reviewing care plans and accurate record keepingLeading and managing a team of Care Assistants including responsibility for all shift handovers of the teamsHelping with training and supervision of new staff members so they feel welcomed and supportedBuilding relationships with residents their families and external teams such as GPs and District NursesAssisting residents with a range of personal care dutiesKey Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:As a Clinical Lead youll have completed / working towards an NVQ3 in care. Were more than happy to support you in the completion of your qualification if needed.Youre motivated positive have great interpersonal skills and you enjoy working in a close-knit team. Your clinical expertise is crucial in helping with CQC responsibilities. You have previous experience of the role and knowledge of its rewards and challenges. Just as importantly you also have a passion for making a real difference to peoples lives giving them the kindness personalised support and dignity they need.
