About the RoleWe are looking for a TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager to join our growing team. We partner with fast-scaling e-commerce brands and help them drive revenue through TikTok Shop. This role is perfect for someone who understands the TikTok affiliate ecosystem, enjoys building creator relationships, and knows how to turn campaigns into results.If you are proactive, organised, and passionate about creator marketing, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns to maximise sales and ROIRecruit, onboard, and activate creators across multiple nichesBuild and maintain long-term, productive relationships with affiliatesManage outreach, product seeding, and creator onboarding flowsTrack GMV, commissions, KPIs, and weekly performance metricsSupport product launches with creator partnerships and targeted promotionsCoordinate creator briefs, promos, deliverables, and remindersFollow up with creators to ensure campaign consistency and timely contentKey Skills and ExperienceAt least 1 year of experience in TikTok Shop, Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or related e-commerce rolesStrong understanding of TikTok creators and the affiliate marketing ecosystemExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAn analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance dataHighly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple creators at onceDaily Tasks• Conduct affiliate outreach using scripts and targeting guidelines• Coordinate and track product sampling and seeding• Monitor creator activity and ensure consistent promotion• Maintain tracking sheets, dashboards, and weekly reports• Provide quick, professional responses to creator questions• Manage creator onboarding and participation in campaignsHow to ApplyIf this role sounds like the right fit, we would love to hear from you.
