DescriptionAre you ready to shape the future of our Flooring product portfolio across the EMEAI regionReporting to the Global Marketing Director this role offers a unique opportunity to lead product innovation streamline launches and drive strategic growth within a highly collaborative environment. The position can be based either at our Greater Manchester site in Bolton UK or near our Vaihingen site in Germany with travel expected approximately 25% of the time.ResponsibilitiesProduct Portfolio & Roadmap ManagementAct as the gatekeeper for the Flooring product range ensuring alignment with market needs and business strategyMaintain and update the product roadmap packaging and labelling to improve efficiency and profitabilityApprove new product variants and actively rationalize the portfolio to optimize performanceProduct Launch & Project ManagementLead the full project management of new product introductions using our NPI frameworkCoordinate trial batches field trials and stock build for successful launchesDevelop launch packages including marketing literature technical documentation and training materialsAlign and communicate launch timelines with internal stakeholdersDocumentation & CommunicationEnsure availability and accuracy of product literature (brochures systems guides TDS MSDS DoP)Maintain Pathfinder and Service Level AgreementsSupport website updates and ensure product information is current and relevantTesting & CertificationCoordinate product testing and certification needs across the EMEAI regionProactively identify additional testing and approvals to support sales growthCommunicate testing status with sales and stakeholdersThought Leadership & TrainingDevelop or coordinate thought leadership content (articles webinars) to build market credibilityDeliver and coordinate training for sales teams and technical service teamsSupport applicator training through collaboration with technical expertsReportingIssue monthlyday aged stock reports to support inventory management and decision-makingQualificationsBachelors degree or equivalent education and experienceProven experience in Product Management or a Technical Role within Resin Flooring systemsStrong commercial acumen and understanding of product profitabilityIn-depth flooring product and application knowledgeAbility to provide technical guidance to improve product quality and operational efficiencySkilled in communicating technical and operational concepts to diverse audiencesWilling to travel up to 25% of the timeDesirable:Bachelors degree in Chemistry Operations Management or a related fieldUnderstanding of advanced technical principles (e.g. lab R&D practices)Familiarity with industry-specific product applications and proceduresMultilingual: English plus ideally two additional languages such as French Italian or GermanWhat we can offer you...Work-life balance that supports your wellbeingCompetitive compensation programmeBonus plan to reward your impactPrivate medical insuranceCareer growth opportunities in a truly international environmentBe part of innovation leaders in the protective coatings industryAccess to Sherwin Academy for continuous training at all levelsWellbeing mental health women & inclusion networks and support and ID&E programmes that make a difference#LI-JR1 Key Skills Conveyancing Paralegal,Fireworks,Logistics,Clinical,Avionics Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
