This isnt just about hitting targetsits about understanding customer needs and providing solutions that make a real impact. Generate and qualify leads through calls emails and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Identify opportunities to upsell and provide tailored solutions. Manage the sales pipeline keeping everything organised and up to date in our CRM system. Report on sales performance and provide insights to support business growth.About YouYoure a confident driven and people-focused sales professional who loves a challenge. Whether youre following up on a lead or negotiating a deal you know how to engage and influence stakeholders to drive success. Proven experience in sales ideally in a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to negotiate problem-solve and think on your feet. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
