Project Overview: A top-tier Salesforce Partner, is embarking on an important project to enhance and optimise their Client's Salesforce CPQ platform. This project aims to streamline their quote-to-cash process, improve data integrity, and ensure compliance with industry standards. As a Salesforce CPQ Administrator, you will play a crucial role in achieving these objectives by providing expert support, developing efficient configurations, and collaborating with various teams to implement best practices.


What You'll Do:

  • Provide expert support and administration of the Salesforce CPQ platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and streamline CPQ processes.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance within the CPQ system.
  • Develop and maintain CPQ configurations, price rules, and product structures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure optimal performance and security of the CPQ platform.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that align with business objectives.


What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce CPQ Administrator with a deep understanding of CPQ processes and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ configuration, including product rules, price rules, product bundles, discount schedules, and advanced approvals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into effective CPQ solutions.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with integrating Salesforce CPQ with other systems and platforms.
  • Salesforce CPQ certification is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
