JOB TITLE: Administrator REPORTS TO: Administration Coordinator LOCATION: Seafield, EH6 7RF ; Newbridge, EH28 8SY SUPERVISES: N/A HEALTH & SAFETY1. Act responsibly and to do everything they can to prevent injury to themselves and other persons 2. Observe all rules and appropriate operating procedures and instructions regarding safety at all times 3. Correctly use safety equipment, protective devices and PPE 4. Inform their immediate superior of all accidents, dangerous occurrences, near miss events, damage or potentially dangerous situations, whether persons are injured or not 5. Assist in the investigation of any accidents or incidents 6. Report any unsafe or defective plant, tools, equipment, PPE, practices, methods or other hazards 7. Participate in improving Health & Safety in the Company by making suggestions in these matters to the Manager, Supervisor or Safety RepresentativeOBJECTIVES: 1. To ensure that Health & Safety procedures are adhered to at all times 2. To ensure that all work completed is accurately charged in accordance with customer contracts 3.
