Please note this is a 12 month contract with extensions that is onsite 3 days per week in Covent Garden.

Insight Global are looking for a Budget Coordinator to join one of their premium retail clients in London on a 12 month contract. The chosen candidate will manage the finances & billing for various technology projects including but not limited to implementations, transformations, hardware upgrades, etc. He or she will be managing budgets & spending for projects, tracking PO's, communicating with vendors, and forecasting financials to provide updates to stakeholders. This individual will use Coupa as the main system for general purchase order (PO) management including daily tracking, approvals and understanding PO items. Strong communication is required since they will be communicating with Project Managers, leadership, stakeholders, finance teams, and vendors.

Must Haves:

  • 3-5+ years' experience with financial management and billing
  • Ability to forecast and track financials, provide updates as needed
  • Experience using Coupa for tracking and managing finances
  • Ability to multitask and strong communication skills
