Job DescriptionRole: Workday HCM LeadLocation: Central London (2 days per week on-site, hybrid working)Type of role: PermanentSalary £80,000 - £90,000 per annumThe Role:Our London based client are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Lead with exceptional stakeholder management skills to take ownership of their newly implemented Workday platform. Following their recent go-live, this role will focus on optimising, stabilising, and embedding Workday across the business while leading the roadmap for future enhancements.You will be the primary point of contact for all Workday HCM related matters, partnering closely with HR, Technology, and Finance to ensure the platform delivers maximum value and continues to evolve with business needs.As the Workday HCM Lead, you will:Design and maintain a prioritised Workday roadmap, balancing immediate support needs with longer-term enhancements.Oversee continuous improvement of HCM modules.Work collaboratively with internal teams, SI partners and other third party providers to encourage user adoption.Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements.Drive the post-go-live optimisation of processes, configurations, and reporting to improve efficiency and user adoption....
