Role Overview

As an Employment Advisor, you will:

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with customers.
  • Work towards KPI's and targets
  • Tailor support to individual needs, motivating, coaching, and challenging customers to fulfil their potential.
  • Enable customers to secure sustainable employment.

This full-time role is based in their ideally located West Bromwich Centre office, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must have:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • The capability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Experience in coaching and influencing through previous roles.
  • A genuine passion for making a difference to customers.
  • Knowledge of local job markets and the recruitment sector.

This role requires an enhanced DBS and BPSS to be completed, covering pre-employment checks including identity, employment history (minimum of 3 years), nationality/immigration status, and criminal records.
