If so, this role could be for you.Our client based in Lichfield is seeking a Trainee Sales Executive to join their existing sales team.Benefits:Free ParkingFully Office based.Company pensionMonday-Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm23-days holiday including 3 for Christmas shutdownDuties and responsibilities:Calling sales leads in order to convert them to customersSpeaking with potential customers to understand their requirementsProactively prospecting new business and maximising salesProcessing and scheduling of customer orders efficientlyRaising sales orders ensuring accuracyMaking and answering sales callsAlways delivering the very best in customer serviceLiaising with warehouse in relation to stockResponding to email enquiriesBuilding strong relationships with customersBuilding strong internal relationshipsLiaising with customers to update on delays/shortages/ delivery datesCompleting general administration dutiesSkills and Experience:Previous experience in a telephony sales or customer service roleGood negotiation skillsStrong attention to detailExcellent communication and administrative skillsExcellent organisation and time management skills with an ability to meet deadlineAn understanding of how to research and identify prospective customersAbility to work co-operatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees,management and external agenciesAbility to act and operate independentlyApply Now
