Ensure that partnerships are mission-aligned and maximise impact for underserved and educationally disadvantaged young people and communities. Lead Experience AI partnerships through a team of Global Partnership Managers, ensuring agreed outcomes are delivered to a high standard. Monitor and evaluate the impact of our work, identifying and correcting challenges that are impacting our ability to meet outcomes in both the short and long term. Oversee the process of awarding grants to partner organisations including due diligence and contracting. Manage large budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated to priorities and we follow best practice in grant management. Ensure the development and improvement of Experience AI systems and processes, maintaining quality as the program grows.Lead, manage and mentor a high-performing team. Provide guidance and support to teams in core markets to expand Experience AI in their country.Develop, maintain and leverage effective relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders, building trust and confidently navigating challenges.Collaborate across our Learning, Marketing, Digital Products, Fundraising, and Impact teams to deliver, evaluate, promote, and report on Experience AI partnerships.Confidently represent Experience AI at relevant external events and meetings, raising the programme's global profile and presence.Experience and personal attributesWe recognise that everyone has the potential for growth. Experience of developing and leading international partnerships in education settings, ideally involving digital skills, computing, or digital making.Substantial programme management experience, including managing successful delivery of complex initiatives at scale.Experience of grant management processes and understanding of best practice.Experienced leader with the ability to build diverse teams, support them to do great work, and manage cross team collaboration. Ideally, you will have experience of managing remote teams in different geographies.A collaborative, flexible, and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and complexity both internally and externally. Excellent verbal communication skills; you should be capable of presenting effectively and representing Experience AI’s unique benefits to audiences including senior stakeholders.Strong data and analytical skills, and the ability to use data effectively to improve and strengthen our approach to partnerships as the programme grows.Interest and knowledge of the AI landscape, particularly in education, with a demonstrable ability to develop new skills.
