LETTINGS COORDINATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Wallingford, OX10

Salary: OTE £35k+

Position: Permanent – Full Time

A highly successful, local independent Estate & Lettings Agency is looking to recruit a Lettings Coordinator to help manage their substantial lettings portfolio

The perfect candidate will have previous experience in either Lettings Administration or Property Management, a great overall understanding of Lettings legislation, superb administrative skills and a reasonable knowledge of the local area.

You will need to be highly organised, work well under pressure and be able to multi task effectively and be happy to ‘muck in’ with the team and will be dealing with landlords and tenants and general administrative duties. A high level of customer service is paramount to this excellent estate & lettings company.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated, articulate individual with the right attitude and work ethic who is keen to develop their lettings administration skills.

The Company: Our client is an independent Sales and Lettings agency based in the Wallingford, Oxfordshire that offers expert advice in all areas of sales and lettings.
