Job Title: Co-Founder (CTO) & Quant Trader/Developer


Location: London/Remote

Role Overview: As we approach the completion of our Minimum Viable Product (MVP), we are looking for a talented Quant Trade/Developer to join the founding team. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to shape the features of our platform and significantly influence its development trajectory.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the founding team and developers to finalize and enhance the algorithmic trading strategies and capabilities available on our platform.
  • Utilize your expertise to contribute to a robust strategy library that meets diverse user needs.
  • Implement and refine a user-friendly strategy builder that empowers users to create and test their strategies without the need for coding.
  • Work with our AI development team to integrate machine learning capabilities, ensuring optimal strategy performance and user experience.
  • Facilitate seamless integration with multiple brokerage APIs to enhance trade execution efficiency.
  • Engage with users to gather valuable feedback and insights, driving continuous improvement of our offerings.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and innovations to ensure our platform remains at the forefront of fintech solutions.
  • Participate in investor meetings, effectively communicating technical insights and the strategic vision of the platform to potential investors.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in algorithmic trading, with a strong portfolio of strategies that range from simple to complex.
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) used in trading development.
  • Familiarity with trading platforms and APIs, as well as financial markets and relevant instruments.
  • Ability to distil complex trading concepts into user-friendly applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a passion for innovation in the fintech space.
  • Experience in a start-up or co-founding environment is advantageous.
