Produce technical reports and design documentation in line with relevant standards. Provide guidance and mentorship to graduate and junior engineers. Support senior staff with bids, proposals, and wider business development activities.Qualifications / Experience Degree inCivil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or Engineering Geology(MSc in Geotechnical Engineering advantageous). Working towards or achievedChartered Membershipof the ICE or Geological Society (CEng or CGeol). Demonstrable experience in the design and delivery of geotechnical projects across multiple sectors. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with practical site experience. Proficient in geotechnical modelling and design software such asHolebase, Slide, Settle3D, Wallap , or similar. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines. Flexible, motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
