This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced private client legal secretary to join a highly regarded firm in Horsham.

The firm offers excellent benefits including a generous pension, life assurance, critical illness, healthcare cash plan and cycle to work scheme.

Your role will be to support private client fee earners and your duties will include:

  • Secretarial duties including taking calls, typing letters, attendance notes.  
  • Handling Probate and Estate Administration tasks including contacting clients
  • Raising bills
  • Onboarding new clients
  • Handling Estate Administration tasks

The firm is looking for a career legal secretary with experience supporting private client fee earners.

There are no training contract opportunities with this role and so this would suit someone who loves being a private client legal secretary and is not looking to qualify as a solicitor.
