Section Leader - Nights

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operative roles to join our amazing team in Kirton Lindsey, DN21 4HZ to work with one of the UK's biggest and best-known British retail groups.

Pay Details of aSection Leader:

Nights - £14.21 ph

Hours of work:

Sunday to Thursday - 22:00 - 06:00

Role of a Section Leader:

• To be the first point of contact between Warehouse Operatives and Supervisory team under the Management Operations team.
• To co-ordinate duties and activities for Warehouse operatives to improve 'flow' of workload.
• To assist with the direction and delegation of duties to Warehouse Operatives.
• To improve and maintain stock integrity within defined operational areas of the warehouse.
• To assist with the effective processing of goods from delivery through to despatch.
• To encourage and support Warehouse Operatives fulfil their duties to ensure a high level of productivity and accuracy within realistic timescales and report any instances of deviation and/or failure to the Supervisory team.
• To undertake the induction and training of new Warehouse Operatives and/or Section Leaders.
