In Addition, The Technical Helpdesk Engineer Willrecord data into the computer systemprovide vehicle and concern detail about casesidentify and report on vehicle case histories, trends, and analysisdeal with and respond to telephone calls and emailsQualificationsOur ideal Technical Helpdesk Engineer will have a minimum of over 2 years’ technical experience to Senior or Master Technician level or equivalent, within a franchised dealership. Alternatively, we would consider someone with great automotive service skills. The Technical Helpdesk Engineer will join us with thorough knowledge of all aspects of modern vehicle systems and repair processes and will:be an automotive professionalhave excellent automotive knowledgehave worked within a high-performance, collaborative, constructive peer groupbe able to describe and understand complex technical issues clearlybe confident in technical concern resolutionbe able to build strong working relationships and have the requisite communication skills and drive to deliver requirementshave qualification of City and Guilds or NVQ L3have a HV qualification (IMI3 or higher)be PC Literatehave experience of the Volvo brand (advantageous)What’s in it for you?At MSX, our employees are the force behind our success.
