In Addition, The Technical Helpdesk Engineer Willrecord data into the computer systemprovide vehicle and concern detail about casesidentify and report on vehicle case histories, trends, and analysisdeal with and respond to telephone calls and emailsQualificationsOur ideal Technical Helpdesk Engineer will have a minimum of over 2 years’ technical experience to Senior or Master Technician level or equivalent, within a franchised dealership. Alternatively, we would consider someone with great automotive service skills.
