Kitchen Staff (Restaurant & Takeaway) Job Summary: We are looking for hardworking, reliable, and team-oriented kitchen staff to join our busy restaurant and takeaway team. You will play a key role in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting chefs to ensure that all meals are prepared to a high standard and delivered on time. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards. Assist chefs with food preparation, plating, and packaging for takeaway orders. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen in compliance with food safety regulations. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Restock ingredients and supplies as needed. Ensure all takeaway and dine-in orders are completed accurately and promptly. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures. Support team members and communicate effectively during busy service hours. Requirements: Previous experience in a restaurant, takeaway, or catering kitchen preferred (training can be provided). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety. Good communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
