Senior Amazon PPC & Media Manager (PAN-EU) Location: South Manchester (Hybrid3 days onsite) Salary: £55,000 (max) + benefits Kasmir Associates are recruiting for a business that specialises in branded products, and theyre looking for a Senior Amazon PPC & Media Manager to own and scale their Amazon Advertising across all 10 EU marketplaces. This is a brand-new, senior-level role, reporting into the Head of Ecommerce, you will manage the end to end performance marketing initiatives, including strategy and hands-on optimisation. The Role Lead end-to-end Amazon PPC strategy across PAN-EU. Manage all Amazon ad types: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP/AMC. Design and executive A/B testing frameworks Optimise campaigns daily, track budgets, maximise ROI, and test to improve performance. Work closely with content, merchandising, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are supported by listings, inventory, and insights. Report on performance, deliver actionable insights, and influence senior leadership decisions. Mentor junior team members and help build a best-in-class in-house Amazon function. About You 35+ years hands-on Amazon Advertising/PPC experience, ideally across multi-country campaigns (essential) Expert in Amazon Vendor Central, FBA/hybrid fulfilment, A+ content, and Brand Stores optimisation (essential) Proven ability managing substantial ad budgets with a focus on ROAS and profitability. Proficient in Excel/Sheets and tools such as Helium 10, Keepa, Amazon Analytics (AMC) and BI platforms Successfully managed substantial advertising budgets with focus on efficiency, scalability and profitability European language skills (German, French, Spanish, Italian) a plus.
