Senior Quantity Surveyor – £12m Cut & Carve Project - Commercial Offices (Super Prime London)Location: Central LondonSalary: up to £95,000 + Healthcare + Pension + BonusContract Type: PermanentAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery on a £12m cut and carve project in a super prime London location. This is a fixed-price lump sum contract involving fit out, M&E, groundworks, and demolition within a complex existing structure.You will join a high-performing team delivering premium fit outs typically ranging from £5m – £25m. This role offers autonomy, responsibility, and exposure to one of London’s most prestigious commercial office schemes.Key ResponsibilitiesFull commercial management of the project from start to completionAdminister and execute amended lump sum contractsIdentify and mitigate building risks in heavy refurb environmentsManage subcontractor procurement and valuationsEnsure financial transparency and accurate reporting to senior stakeholdersDrive cost control and value engineering initiativesIdeal CandidateLead QS experience on at least one major project for 12+ months on siteStrong background in existing structures and heavy refurbishmentsProven ability to manage fixed-price lump sum contracts from a delivery perspectiveExcellent risk identification and problem-solving skillsStable employment history (5–6 year stints preferred)Looking for a career move into a high-profile, complex projectPackageSalary: £85k – £95kBenefits: Healthcare, pension, discretionary bonusCareer Path: Opportunity to progress within a growing commercial retrofit division
