This role will support the strategic growth of our Cisco practice by enabling sales success, developing customer opportunities, and aligning closely with Cisco’s priorities.What you will doServe as a Subject Matter Expert on the CDW–Cisco partnership, including awareness of Cisco technologies and their impact on customer outcomes.Manage pipeline and drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.Support aligned Business Development Managers (BDMs) in the execution of their go-to-market plans.Proactively engage with CDW internal sales teams and Cisco sales teams to identify and close new business.Present data-driven opportunities for revenue growth within existing customers.Promote and operationalise Cisco programs, incentives, and promotions to maximise impact.Deliver against key KPIs including responsiveness to sales teams, accuracy of engagement, and conversion of leads.Maintain and nurture strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.What we expect of youProven experience in sales or business development, ideally within the IT channel or vendor ecosystem.Solid understanding of Cisco technologies, go-to-market strategies, and relevant customer pain points.Confident managing data-led conversations and uncovering business opportunities through analytics.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link product outcomes to business performance.A proactive, hunter mindset with a strong focus on results.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage and influence at all levels.Collaborative, adaptable and resilient in a fast-moving sales environment.Entrepreneurial approach to identifying new opportunities and solving problems.Comfortable using tools to extract insights and report on activity and performance.Strategic ThinkingData ProficiencyEmpathy & Active ListeningCommercial AwarenessStakeholder ManagementProblem SolvingAdaptabilityEntrepreneurial DriveWe make technology work so people can do great things.     CDW is a leading multi-brand provider of information technology solutions to business, government, education and healthcare customers in the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada.
