Customer Service/Telesales Executive
- Job Type: 32 hours over four days
- Location: Haverhill
- Salary: £11.44 per hour
Reed Business Support in Cambridge are working with a locally respected company who are seeking a Customer Service/Telesales Executive to join their dynamic team in the food industry. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and customer service, who is eager to promote products and close sales deals over the phone. If you have excellent communication skills and a persuasive phone presence, they want you on their team
Day to Day of the role:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell their high-quality products.
- Engage with customers, understand their needs and effectively communicate product value.
- Close sales deals over the phone and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain and develop excellent customer relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Persuasive and confident phone presence, with the ability to engage and influence potential customers.
