Supply Chain Quality Manager Location:Filton (minimum 60% onsite) Hours:35 hours per week (4.5 days, flexible between 7am-7pm) Pay:£27.68/hr (PAYE) or £37.02/hr (Umbrella) Security Clearance:BPSS+ (completed by Airbus Security) Travel:Occasional travel within Europe About the Role Are you passionate about supply chain excellence and quality management? Join us as a Supply Chain Quality Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring on-time, on-quality deliveries for Airbus civil aircraft programmes. You'll be part of a collaborative team, reporting to the Head of POELA, and work closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to drive continuous improvement and operational success. What You'll Do Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of parts to customers and production sites. Partner with suppliers to support their development and enhance their capabilities. Ensure compliance with all relevant requirements, working with cross-functional teams (programme, engineering, customer services, buyers). Contribute to the 'voice of the supply chain' within multi-functional teams. Tackle challenges in a dynamic, evolving environment, proactively mitigating risks and resolving issues. Gain exposure to a variety of manufacturing technologies and processes. What We're Looking For Experience in supply chain management (industry flexibility considered). Basic quality management experience is beneficial. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work autonomously and influence others. Problem-solving mindset, with knowledge of methodologies such as 8D, 9S, Ishikawa, or 5 Whys. Project management skills and a willingness to learn.
