Qualified SEN/ SEND Teacher required for full-time teaching in Hemel Hempstead**SENCare are working closely with a special school that caters for pupils with; profound and multiple learning difficulties(PMLD), severe learning difficulties(SLD), autistic spectrum disorder(ASD), multi-sesonsry impairments and all pupils have an educational health and care plan(EHCP). The pupils who attend the school are aged between 5 - 19, support is provided to the pupils with 1:1 support or, in small groups.Responsibilities: * Plan and teach lessons, for small groups and individual pupils. * Prepare teaching materials, take registers and write reports. * Support students develop confidence, independence and encourage them to learn. * Manage behaviour, mark work and talk to parents and carers about their pupil's progress.Prospective teachers are required to have: * A DBS dated within the last 3 years or, be willing to apply for a new DBS. * Appropriate RTW in the UK for full-time work. * Excellent communication skills. * QTS or QTLS. * ECT's are welcome to apply. * Previous experience working within a special school(SLD, PMLD, ASD and or, challenging behaviour). * Previous experience planning/ delivering lessons * Permanent employment is available
