This pivotal role offers the opportunity to lead a team of 18 Quality Inspectors driving excellence in inspection processes and supporting the Head of Quality in delivering high standards across the department. If you are passionate about quality continuous improvement and team development this is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic manufacturing environment.What Were Looking ForTo succeed in this role you will need a strong background in quality inspection and manufacturing systems with proven experience in applying inspection techniques and quality systems in a fast-paced environment. You should have excellent supervisory and communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Proficiency in IT systems and data presentation is essential as is a valid driving license and the flexibility to travel including overnight and international trips.
