Youll be the driving force behind our mission to build Europes largest and most active angel investor network - a place where capital meets competence to create extraordinary companies.As CEO youll be at the forefront of everything CVX is and will become. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll shape vision execute strategy and hire and inspire teams across borders. Youll set the standard and pace for how we operate and grow while being ready to relocate temporarily as new markets open.Our MissionWe connect experienced professionals and investors with carefully selected high-potential startups and growth companies. As a member of our network youre not just investing capitalyoure bringing your knowledge experience and network into play to actively create value and drive growth.CVX Ventures is one of Europes fastest growing venture investors. We empower our partners to invest in hand-picked cases that match their interests industries and expertise.Since 2020 our community has grown to include over 700 membersfrom angel investors and board members to C-level leaderswho have collectively invested more than EUR 100 million into 100 companies.Being part of CVX means becoming part of a trusted network where deals are sourced with care.CVX currently consists of 20 ambitious and talented individuals with an expectation to be 100 in the next 24 months.As our CEO you will:Lead the growth and execution across all CVX markets existing and new onesBuild manage and inspire high-performing local teams in each marketOwn the global strategy from market entry to operational excellenceLead the continuous expansion of our angel investor network across EuropeRepresent CVX publicly - at events conferences and in media - building visibility and trustBe involved in deal flow investment decisions and startup ecosystem engagementDrive culture excellence and performance across all marketsReport directly to the Board.We ideally see that you are:3-7 years of top tier management consulting or investment banking combined with some start up or venture/private equity investment experienceFlexibility to relocate to new markets for a few months when opening new officesGreat with people you connect fast and lead with trustUnusually driven and ambitious you want to win at everything you do and bring others with youHighly analytical with strong problem-solving abilitiesA strategic thinker who doesnt mind getting your hands dirtyWhat we offer you:A front-row seat to building one of Europes most exciting venture platformsFull ownership and responsibility from day oneA company with real traction and an ambitious visionThe chance to build your own legacy alongside other top-tier talentA mix of competitive base salary significant equity upside.Start Date: As soon as possibleLocation: Europe or the UK.Required Experience:Chief Key Skills Edp,Intelligence,Delivery,ABAP,Home Care,Lab Testing Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
