Tax Senior -  Norwich Accountancy Practice

**About the Role:**

An exciting opening for a Mixed Tax Senior has arisen at our client's Norwich office. This role involves collaborating closely with business owners, senior staff, and regional managers in a client-facing, managerial capacity. It's a chance for ambitious individuals to excel, gaining exposure to compliance, advisory work, and personal development opportunities.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop client relationships, provide expert planning, and innovative tax strategies.- Represent the practice at networking events and functions.- Ensure compliance with internal and legislative deadlines.- Contribute to tax advisory projects and maintain technical excellence.- Participate in team expansion and recruitment.- Seek opportunities to grow the client base and revenue.

**Qualifications and Qualities:**

- Substantial tax experience within an accountancy firm.- Preferably CTA qualified or in the final stages of the qualification.- Drive continuous improvement and adapt communication style.- Genuine engagement with team, clients, and community.- Show initiative and results-driven approach.
