DescriptionTruro Nursery School is one of only two maintained Nursery Schools specialising in early years education in Cornwall. We have an outstanding Ofsted grade and we offer 90 places to children who are 2 3 and 4 years old.We have a vacancy for a full time Teaching Assistant to start as soon as possible. We will consider offering either a 38 week contract (term time only) or a 42 week contract to include some holiday club working. Working hours will be between 8am and 530pm There may also be the opportunity for additional casual hours from time to time. You will have a fantastic opportunity to upskill and expand on your own professional development within the roles.We are looking for a reliable flexible and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our skilful longstanding team who are dedicated to providing quality holistic nursery education and first class family support. The successful applicant will be working with 2 3 and 4 year old children. The individual will need to be committed to working with both the indoor and outdoor learning environment and ensuring the development of children. They need to show intuition as they respond to the childrens needs on a daily basis and in a level headed way. Experience of working with children with additional needs would be an advantage.
