Manpower is recruiting a Cleaner/Caterer to work for our public sector client, the NHS. Location: RhonddaJob type: Temporary, duration 12 weeks possibly longer Hours: Part time, 25 hours per week - possibility of overtime Rota: Shifts are between 7am and 7pm. You will be on a rota including weekendsHourly rate: Weekdays £11.45 | Saturdays £16.14 | Sundays & Bank Holidays £20.95 Full training is provided making it a fantastic opportunity to learn new skills.Main duties & responsibilitiesCleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping etc following detailed cleaning schedules, using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals.Ensure timely and efficient food service for the patients, including food regeneration, cooking frozen/chilled meals, in preparation for nursing staff to serve to the patients.Follow and adhere to strict health & safety protocols.Desired Qualifications & skillsPrevious experience in cleaning and catering preferably in a health care settingKnowledge of infection control practices and proceduresAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to work shifts across 7 days as weekLevel 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (desirable, but training can be provided)What We Offer:Full trainingA friendly and supportive work environmentWeekly payAutomatic enrolment into the NEST pensionPaid holidaysJob offer is subject to satisfactory references and DBS check (Manpower pays for the cost of the DBS check)
