Freelance Site Manager – Civils Subcontractor (Residential Scheme) Location: Carlisle Duration: Minimum 18 months Employment Type: Freelance (CIS) Rate: Competitive (CIS) We are recruiting on behalf of a key client for a Freelance Site Manager to oversee civils and groundworks packages on a large residential scheme based in Carlisle. Key Responsibilities: * Manage day-to-day site operations for civils and groundworks. * Coordinate subcontractors, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and maintain quality control. * Liaise effectively with the main contractor and project team to ensure smooth project delivery. Requirements: * Previous site management experience within civils and groundworks, ideally on residential developments. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the civils package.
