Your expertise and initiative will help shape the future of our regulatory reporting operations giving you the opportunity to influence how we deliver results and set new standards for excellenceJob responsibilitiesContribute to setting and communicating a clear vision for regulatory reporting improvements and assist in building and managing roadmaps to deliver key enhancements on time.Help oversee the delivery of major regulatory projects impacting thousands of reports and collaborate with internal and external partners to understand and implement regulatory changes.Conduct business analysis to help define and validate requirements and Use data-driven insights to support decisions and improve processes.Serve as a key contact for teams and stakeholders helping ensure alignment. Build strong relationships and balance diverse needs.Work with our Global Change Centre of Excellence to help allocate resources and manage dependencies. Support high standards in development testing and delivery.Assist in managing and prioritizing product drive sprint planning and keep projects on track.Track key performance indicators and report on progress. Help ensure quality and operational goals are met.Encourage new ideas and enhancements within the in change management initiatives.Required qualifications capabilities and skills:Experience in project execution.Understanding of Agile methodologies.Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.Confident presenter and collaborator.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.Preferred qualifications capabilities and skillFamiliarity with SEPA Wires Direct Debits FX clearings ISO standards or SWIFT.Understanding of Agile methodologies.Experience in Payments Regulatory Operations or Regulatory Reporting.Required Experience:Senior IC Key Skills Project / Program Management,Primavera,IT Project Management,Microsoft Access,Public Health,Data Collection,PMBOK,Mobile Devices,Maximo,Prolog,Project Management,Microsoft Project Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
