Qualifications and Skills:
  • Membership of IAEA / IMI / IRTE preferred.
  • ATA / VDA accreditation or working towards it.
  • Basic understanding of motor claims and insurance principles.
  • Proficiency in Audatex or similar estimating systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a positive, confident approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • PC literate with good administrative skills.
