Personal Assistant to founding Partner

Are you looking to work for a visionary, friendly and authentic Law Practise based in South London?  We have a wonderful opportunity to support the Founding Partner of a specialised law firm based in South London.  Our client has been with us for over 10 years and created a wonderful working environment where people really are part of a team and strive in their field.  This position is looking for a seasoned PA who can come in and be part of a team as well as work independently.

 

Role includes:

 

Diary management and answering internal diary related queries

Collating and recording monthly expenses

Liaising with clients and professionals to arrange calls, video conferences, in person meetings and restaurant reservations.

Booking meeting rooms internally and externally Liaising with new prospective clients Booking initial calls

Scheduling coaching and training sessions and providing necessary documentation Drafting covering emails and sending letters and emails out on behalf of Partners Electronically signing COFA forms, contracts and documentation on behalf of Partners

Assisting with the preparation for and scheduling for Resolution drafting committee meetings Scheduling and organising of national and regional Resolution committees, including.

Organisation and progression of various projects, including: Assisting with the maintenance of membership to the International Association of Foreign Lawyers and organising attendance to relevant events

Assisting with travel arrangements including booking taxis, trains, flights, hotels and activities Monitoring inbox when they are on annual leave and forward relevant emails to appropriate members of staff for action Assisting with the organisation hosted events, including, booking venues, catering, invites etc.

Note taking E-filing Time recording

Salary £38 - £44k, excellent benefits with discretionary bonus.

Hours 9 - 6pm

Ideally 5 days a week working from the office. 

Starting beginning of July 2024
