Mechanical EngineerManufacturingMonday - Friday days shift patternOverviewThis is a great opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer looking to work a days-only based role with a major manufacturing company in the area. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be joining an stable team with low turnover where you will play a key part in company growth. Main priorities for the Mechanical engineer will include ensuring the factory is running up to speed and production levels are maintained.Responsibilities for the Mechanical EngineerProactive maintenance and site PMsReactive maintenance and responding to breakdowns quicklyWorking across mechanical faults and maintenanceWorking on Engineering projects (e.g. commissioning, installations, relocations)Identifying and implementing improvements covering both processes machine outputAdhering to site Health & safety rules and legislation on siteRequirements for the Mechanical EngineerTime-served / recognised apprenticeship (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering subjectExperience working in a mechanical or Multi skilled role.Ability to and experience of working to a fast pace, ideally confident in a manufacturing environment.If you’re interested in this opportunity and your CV is ready then hit the apply button and expect to hear from me soon.
